What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store the name, email address, phone number and message you provide, along with the page you sent it from. We do not store your IP address; we store a one-way hash of it, which lets us stop abuse without identifying you.

What we do with it

We use your details to answer your enquiry and to plan the journey you asked about. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone outside the operation of your trip.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after two years. Booking records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address on our contact page and we will reply within thirty days.
