Ephesus and Environs
Two days for a city most people are given four hours.
Ephesus properly: the Celsus library and the Great Theatre, but also the Terrace Houses, the museum in Selcuk and the Basilica of St John, which is where the crowds are not. Lunch on the first day is cooked in a village house rather than a coach stop.
The second day is Sirince in the hills above, with an optional tasting of the fruit wines the village lives on.
