Delivery

The Seller will provide the Services to the Customer according to the schedule and itinerary outlined on the Seller’s website. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel documents and information, including passports, visas, and vaccination records, and for complying with any applicable laws and regulations.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Customer may cancel their purchase and receive a full refund within 92 days of the date of purchase, provided that the cancellation is made before the start of the tour. After this period, cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be calculated as a percentage of the total price paid. The cancellation fee will be determined by the Seller based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled start date of the tour.

If the Seller cancels a tour, the Customer will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future tour according to the timing and reason of the cancellation.

Changes to Services

The Seller reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour, itinerary, or service due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political events, or other factors that may affect the safety or enjoyment of the tour. If the Seller cancels a tour, the Customer will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future tour.

Liability and Insurance

The Seller is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the tour, except as required by law. The Customer is responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential losses, damages, or expenses that may arise during the tour.

Miscellaneous

The Seller reserves the right to modify or update these Delivery and Return Conditions at any time, without prior notice. The revised terms will be posted on the Seller’s website and will take effect immediately upon posting. The Customer is responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure that they are aware of any changes.
