Lycian Yoga and Blue Cruise
Three days ashore in Adrasan, five aboard, with practice twice a day.
The first half is land-based above Adrasan: yin and yang in the morning, a forest walk to the Gelidonya lighthouse, a sunset climb to the flames at Yanartas. The second half is a gulet through Kekova, over the sunken city and along the Lycian Way to Simena castle.
Practice includes yin, vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and meditation, with a workshop on ayurveda and the elements. Free-diving, canoeing, canyoning and paragliding can be arranged from Kas.
