Yoga along the Turkish coastline

A week of practice on a boat is not the same as a week of practice on land, and the difference is mostly the coves.

The coastline between Antalya and Fethiye is unusual for a retreat: pine forest running down to the water, a sea warm enough to swim in from May to October, and dozens of bays that no road reaches. A boat turns those bays into practice space. You anchor, and the cove is yours for the morning.

The shape of a week

Two sessions a day is the usual rhythm, one at first light on the aft deck and one before dinner. Between them the day is loose: a walk into a village, a hike up onto the Lycian Way, a long swim, an afternoon that nobody plans.

What the boat makes possible

A private chef cooking from the morning markets, so meals fit whatever your practice asks of them. Kayaks and snorkelling gear aboard for the days you want the sea rather than the mat. And silence: no road noise, no other groups, nothing to book in advance.

The scheduled version of this is the Lycian Yoga and Blue Cruise, three days ashore above Adrasan and five aboard through Kekova. It can also be run privately for a group with its own teacher.
